Since 1998, EuroCham Vietnam has been the unified voice of European businesses in Vietnam. With 1,400+ members employing 150,000+ workers, we are one of the largest foreign business associations in Vietnam.
What the chamber is for

We are proud to be one of Vietnam’s largest and most energetic foreign chambers of commerce.

Join one of the eight, and you have joined EuroCham
Eight national business associations sit under the chamber. Joining any one of them makes a company a EuroCham member as well, at no extra cost and with the benefits of both.
You are automatically a member of EuroCham if you join one of the eight affiliated European national business associations. We are governed by 17 Board Members, who are elected at our Annual General Meeting. Our Board meets monthly to set our policies and objectives. We implement the Board’s directions through our team in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. In total, we have 19 Sector Committees that carry out advocacy work and provide sector-specific expertise.

The 2026 edition, “Reform & Uplift: A New Era for Vietnam in the Global Economy”, offering structured policy recommendations rooted in business realities.
On 27 November 2025, EuroCham Vietnam and VIETRADE hosted the Green Economy Forum in Hanoi, bringing together over 450 participants and 60 speakers from government, business and the international community.
From 21 to 23 October 2024, the second edition of GEFE ran in Ho Chi Minh City, with 30+ conference sessions covering 10 key sustainability topics and 200+ exhibitors from 13 countries, attracting 8,000+ participants.
At the annual VBF in March 2024, alongside Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, EuroCham Chairman Gabor Fluit emphasized the European business community’s commitment to Vietnam’s economic and green growth. The chamber was awarded the 35 year FDI award by the MPI Minister.
With attendees including the Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, the European Commission Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis, and the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, the forum positioned Vietnam’s sustainability discourse ahead of COP28.
From 28 to 30 November 2022, EuroCham Vietnam hosted GEFE 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted over 6,000 visitors and deepened EU-Vietnam business ties.
EuroCham launched the “Breathe Again” campaign to support Vietnam during the COVID-19 outbreak. All funds donated were used to purchase medical devices and equipment for hospitals in Vietnam’s hardest-hit areas.
Alongside Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, EuroCham Chairman Alain Cany was part of Vietnam’s delegation to the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference.
We were a key player in bilateral negotiations for the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement and took part in its signing ceremony.
In celebration of 30 years of FDI in Vietnam, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc presented EuroCham with a Certificate of Merit for its role in promoting FDI, development and international integration.
We played a leading role during the transition of the Vietnam Business Forum to the management of business associations and chambers of commerce.
